• Moissanite Fire

    Fire (Dispersion)

One of the most distinguishable elements of a moissanite gemstone is its "fire" or dispersion. Moissanite dispersion displays 2.4x more than a diamond, ruby, emerald or sapphire. Dispersion is a property of the moissanite gemstone caused as light radiates through the gemstone on certain wavelengths—each wavelength producing a specific color. Charles & Colvard guarantees that every moissanite gemstone will maintain its "fire" (dispersion) and brilliance throughout the lifetime of the owner. This guarantee can be found in the Charles & Colvard Limited Lifetime Warranty—yours with every Moissanite gemstone.

  • Moissanite Brilliance

    Brilliance

When we refer to the "brilliance" of a Moissanite gemstone, we're also referring to its "sparkle". The chart below shows the different Refractive Indices (RI) and the superior qualities of a moissanite gemstone compared to a natural diamond or sapphire. Charles & Colvard® guarantees that every moissanite gemstone will never lose its brilliance for the entire lifetime of the owner.

Charles and Colvard guarantees that every Moissanite Gemstone will maintain it's "fire" (dispersion) and brilliance throughout the lifetime of the owner. This guarantee can be found in each Charles & Colvard Limited Lifetime Warranty that comes with each Moissanite gemstone.
