It’s an official document from institutes like GIA or IGI that verifies the diamond’s quality and confirms it is lab-created using the 4 Cs grading system.
Are lab-grown diamonds fake?
Not at all. They are real diamonds in every scientific sense, just made in a lab.
Will lab-grown diamonds test as moissanite?
No. Lab-grown diamonds will test as real diamonds. Moissanite has double refraction, while diamonds—natural or lab-grown—have single refraction.
Are lab-grown diamonds more affordable?
Yes, they are generally more budget-friendly because they’re produced at scale and aren’t limited by natural rarity.
