How Customers Opt In

Gallo Jewelry collects consent for text messages verbally, in person at our store or by phone. Our staff read the following consent script to every customer before enrollment:

Double Opt-In Confirmation

After verbal consent, the customer immediately receives the following confirmation message and must reply YES before any further messages are sent:

"Gallo Jewelry: Reply YES to confirm you'd like to receive order updates & occasional offers (2–4 msgs/mo). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms & privacy: gallojewelry.com/pages/sms-consent"

• Message types: Order and repair status updates, appointment reminders, appraisal pickup notices, and occasional promotional offers and new-arrival announcements.
• Message frequency: Approximately 2–4 messages per month. Frequency may vary.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, call us at (973) 890-7000, or email us via the contact page on gallojewelry.com.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. Enrolling in text messages is entirely optional and is never required to buy from or do business with Gallo Jewelry.

Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are used solely to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver these messages. We maintain a record of each customer's consent, including the date, time, and method of opt-in.
